Our history begins in 2006, when 3 former Executives and Project Managers of Multinational Companies of the Top G5 Power and Automation Companies, that were expats in USA, Nicaragua and Dominican Republic and after years of executing projects in the Central America and Caribbean region, decided to join ventures and establish a company in their native city of Panama, that could offer the same level of service and quality as the multinational companies to all sizes of customers no matter how small or large the project or need.
SATUS is named after the phrase in Latin “nova satus” which translates as a new beginning and that makes synergy with our slogan “where everything begins” since it is our vision to be a company that can be there for their customers from the moment in which a need arises until the final implementation of the solution.
Shortly after the founding of the company focused on Power and Automation at the beginning, SATUS Group expands its operations with the synergy of the Construction Developments in Panamá and starts the SATUS CONSTRUCTION activities and SATUS HVAC activities incorporating more talent and equipment to the group.
In 2010 SATUS Group expands its business taking advantage of their SCADA Project to establish SATUS TELECOM to supply their needs of data networks and communications, also the special systems. In 2012 SATUS INDUSTRIAL is created to focus in Mechanical and Electromechanical machinery and components that prior to that was a small activity handle by SATUS AUTOMATION.
Today SATUS GROUP can offer Complete Solutions, Service and Components to all the major vertical markets and had incorporated in house talent and partners to connect all these markets with SATUS IIoT & IoT to be a leading company on the SMART Solutions.
